TERMS OF SERVICE

Oh boy a wall of text! Please read carefully if you are a first time commissioner• I maintain the right to refuse a project up front, and can terminate the process at any time if I am no longer comfortable with the agreement.• If the commission is canceled by the commissioner after work has begun, I will retain partial payment for work completed - 25% for sketch phase, 50% for linework, 75% for coloring (or applicable phases per commission details). If I need to drop the commission or can’t complete the work, I will let you know as soon as possible and give you a full refund. The only exception to full refund if the commission is canceled on my part will be for disorderly conduct or exceptionally rude behavior from the client, in which case 50% will be refunded.• I ask for payment before work begins. Payments of $200 or above can be split over 2 months / 2 payments , with a minimum of $50 increments — just let me know how you'll be paying. A single payment is preferred if possible due to processing fees.• I aim to limit myself to 3 slots at any one time, but you can still leave your details in the form, or contact me by socials if you would like me to update you when a slot opens up! The form may not be checked more than once a month, but I will let you know when I'm ready to begin your piece.**************************************************************• None of my work, full or altered, is allowed to be used for anything related to NFTs, Cryptocurrency or AI databases / training.• None of my commissions are for commercial / for-profit use without my express permission. If you wish to hire me for commercial work, we can discuss adjusted fees fitting your project and budget range.• PLEASE LET ME KNOW UP FRONT IF YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO POST OR USE YOUR COMMISSION - by default I maintain the right to use commission and process work for my own promotion and prints / merchandise. Exclusivity may incur an additional % fee depending on use.************************************************

typical process

• If you have any, please provide any references or inspiration you'd like me to aim for! This can be in the form of a Pinterest/ Google Drive Link / Dropbox / etc. If you are commissioning an OC, you must provide me a reference of some kind.• If you have a specific piece of mine whose style you'd like me to aim for, please let me know as well! This will help me visualize what you're wanting. Bad stick figure doodles are also encouraged if you have a very specific pose/ composition in mind!• On larger or multifigure pieces, I will typically give you 2-3 thumbnail layouts to choose from and alter unless it's a very simple concept. Payment must be made by this stage.• I will check in with you for feedback at each step of the process as we go (roughs/ sketch/ lines/ flats/ etc). If you would like and changes to the piece PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. It is much easier for me to move things around at the sketch phase than it is at the render phase - during and after the line art phase, additional charges will be incurred for major/ non-corrective changes.• Turn around time depends on complexity of the project, but I'll aim to update you at least once weekly. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out by Twitter or Email! (I am usually fastest to respond on Twitter). Please keep in mind that full rendered / painted pieces could take up to 2-3 months.• I will send you the full resolution PNG by email once everything is complete. Feel free to request a timelapse video file as well!(Keep an eye out for topic/character discounts!)

• Basic color included in pricing. Feel free to ask about colorless / additional or alternate shading for a custom quote.• + One to Two characters = + 50% per character
• + Three or More characters = + 70% per characterExample: A Waist Up, Loose, 5 character, no background commission would come out to $323 total ($85 initial character + $59.50 per additional characters)• Text, Backgrounds and / or Complex Items will add to the total cost based on complexity, please contact me for a custom quote!• Feel free to ask about traditional work as well

PAYment

• Please ask about payment options• I am open to flexible payment plans for commissions over $200! Split payments must be at least $50, with a maximum of 2 months for full payment to be delivered. Please keep in mind that multiple transactions means multiple transaction fees for me, total payment upfront is preferred if possible.• I am also open to adjusting to your budget based on a $20/per hour rule - for example, have $40 bucks you want to throw at me, I'll see what I can do with your idea in 2 hours in a style of my choosing.• Payment must be made up front/ once the rough sketch is approved.• If you are interested in a format or style not on this chart, feel free to ask for a custom quote! I am open to other design, such as: Comics, Merch, Character Design, Book Covers, Patterns, Posters, Albums, Logos / Graphics, TTRPG Assets, Reference Sheets, etc.• Please read full TOS for further rules and details.
